Why TTLock Brands (Sifely, Dusaw, 33Lock) Appear in Connect Webview

When you add TTLock as an accepted provider in your Connect Webview, other lock brands appear as options too. These include Sifely, Dusaw, and 33Lock.

This is expected.

Why this happens

All of these brands are built on the TTLock platform. TTLock is the underlying lock system. Companies like Sifely, Dusaw, and 33Lock manufacture locks that run on TTLock and sell them under their own brand names.

Seam connects to all of these locks through the same TTLock integration. So when you accept TTLock, every brand built on TTLock is included automatically.

What your users see

Users with any of these locks select their matching brand in the Connect Webview and authenticate through it. Behind the scenes, they all connect through the same TTLock backend.

Can I exclude the sub-brands?

No. You cannot accept TTLock while excluding the individual brands, because they share the same integration.
