For Nuki Smart Lock devices to appear in Seam, you must have an active Smart Hosting subscription on your Nuki account. The Smart Hosting subscription is required for each Smart Lock and for each Smart Door that you would like to use for Smart Hosting, and it enables the API access and remote capabilities that Seam requires for integration.

Smart Hosting is a service upgrade that allows Nuki to connect with Seam, allowing you to automatically setting up access for guests and manage your locks remotely through Seam.
How to Activate Smart Hosting
If you don't have an active Smart Hosting subscription:
Purchase and activate Smart Hosting for your Nuki locks by following Nuki's Smart Hosting installation guide
Once the Smart Hosting subscription is active, your Smart Lock devices should sync to Seam within 24 hours
