How long is event history stored for devices?

Seam guarantees event history retention for 30 days on all devices—locks, thermostats, access control systems, etc. Events older than 30 days may not be available through the system.

• Pulling event information regularly (at least every 30 days)

• Setting up automated exports to preserve historical data in your own systems
