Connect Visionline to Seam

Follow these steps for each Visionline site you are connecting to Seam.
Requirements
Visionline version 1.27 or higher. If an upgrade is needed, open a Professional Services case in the ASSA ABLOY Portal: Service Catalog > Professional Services > Service Request: "Software Upgrade". In the comments, write "Visionline Upgrade."
Make sure "Do not use Operator Cards" is selected when installing the Visionline
A web services and callback license from ASSA ABLOY
If the customer will use Mobile Keys: a mobile key license
Step 1: Set Up Mobile Keys (skip if not using mobile keys)
The customer must purchase a mobile key license from ASSA ABLOY through their local installer, linked to Seam's tenant account: SeamLabs-tenant.
After purchasing, the customer should email support@seam.co to complete setup.
Once the license is purchased, the ASSA ABLOY licensing person will have already installed the option codes into the Visionline system. The installer then needs to complete the following:
Find your Mobile Access UUID and System ID:
System ID:
At the bottom of the left navigation pane, click Lists
Under System Setup, double-click Mobile Access Accounts
Double-click the production mobile access account created for Seam
In the account details window, note the System ID
Mobile Access UUID:
In the menu bar, click Tools > Options
In the left navigation pane, click Mobile Access
Note the UUID
Make sure BLE Profile is configured on each door:
Go to Lists > BLE Profiles and click Add…
Give the profile a name and save it
In Doors, open each door that will use mobile keys and confirm the new BLE profile is selected
Download the updated configuration to LockService3G and update all affected locks
Step 2: Create a Dedicated Visionline Operator for Seam
Create the User:
In the menu bar, select Add New > User…
Fill in the fields:
User ID:
seamLast Name:
APIFirst Name:
SeamUser Group:
Staff
Create a PIN and save
Make the User an Operator:
In the menu bar, select Add New > Operator…
Click the overflow menu next to the User Name field and select the Seam API user you just created
Set Operator Template to System Manager
Set the password (use the same PIN as above) and save
Step 3: Install Seam Bridge
Seam Bridge is required because Visionline is an on-premises system. Download and install it from github.com/seamapi/seam-bridge, then follow the Seam Bridge setup guide.
Step 4: Connect Visionline to Seam
Pair Seam Bridge:
In the Connect Webview, click Continue
Paste the pairing code into the Enter your pairing token field and click Submit
Enter credentials:
Fill in all fields on the Enter your credentials page:

If Seam Bridge is installed on a different computer than Visionline, check "Seam Bridge and Visionline server are installed on different computers" and enter the local IP address of the machine running Seam Bridge.
Click Submit, then Close.
