Getting Support via the Chat Widget

If you need help with your Seam integration, you can reach our support team directly from the Seam Console using the chat widget.


Opening the Chat

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in the Console. This opens the Seam Support widget.


Starting a new conversation

Click Start new chat to connect with our team. You can also type your question directly into the "Got a question? Start typing here..." field to get started immediately.


Viewing past conversations

The widget shows your recent support conversations under Past conversations. Click See all to view your full history, or click any conversation to pick up where you left off.


What to include when reaching out

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • The device name and provider (e.g., "Miller Front Door – Schlage")

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead

  • Any error messages you saw


Response times

Our team is available during business hours. You'll see a notification badge on the chat icon when you have a new reply.
