Reconnecting an Account in Console

If you find that your account has been disconnected, you may need to reauthorize your connected account to restore access to your devices.


How to Reconnect

  1. Go to console.seam.co

  2. Go to Connected Accounts in the top navigation

  3. Find the account you need to reconnect—it may show as "Disconnected"

  4. Click the ⋯ menu on the right side of the row

  5. Select Reconnect Account

  6. Follow the prompts to log in and authorize access

Your devices should be reconnected once the process is complete.


Still having issues?

If your devices don't appear after reconnecting, verify they're working in the manufacturer's app, then contact support@seam.co.
