Ultraloq - Devices not showing up

If your Ultraloq devices aren't appearing after connecting your account, check the following:
1. Check that your model is supported
Not all Ultraloq models work with Seam. Only Wi-Fi-enabled models are supported. See the full list of supported Ultraloq devices.
2. Use the owner account
Seam requires access to the owner account in the U-tec app. Shared or guest accounts don't have the permissions needed to connect devices. If you're logged in as a guest or secondary user, ask the account owner to connect instead.
3. Enable Remote Access
For each device you intend to connect to Seam you must enable the setting Remote Access to Lock. To find this setting:
Navigate to the device's WiFi settings page
Toggle the Remote Access to Lock setting to enable it, if it is not already enabled.
4. Update your firmware
Devices must be on firmware version 01.48.0023 or above to work with Seam.
To check and update your firmware:
Open the U-tec app
Tap your device
Go to Settings > Firmware > Lock Firmware
If an update is available, tap to install it. The update takes 2-5 minutes -- keep the device powered on and connected to the network until it completes.
After updating, reconnect your account and check if your devices appear.
