Connecting your Yale or August Account

Yale has multiple services depending on your region and lock model. When connecting, you'll need to select the correct one.
How to Connect
Select Yale (if prompted)
When prompted to select a region, choose based on your Yale mobile app:
North America if you use the August or Yale Access app
Rest of the world if you use the Yale Home app
Log in with your Yale credentials and authorize access
Your devices should appear once the process is complete.
What if I use the Yale Connect app?
Locks managed through the Yale Connect app use older Z-Wave/ZigBee technology and are not compatible with Seam.
Still having issues?
If your devices don't appear after connecting, verify they're working in your Yale app, then contact support@seam.co.
