Debug Avigilon Alta "This entrance does not have its own dedicated zone" warning

If you see the following warning on an Avigilon Alta entrance in Seam:
This entrance does not have its own dedicated zone and cannot be managed individually through Seam. To manage access for this entrance, assign the zone directly in Avigilon Alta.
It means the entrance is currently sharing a zone with one or more other entrances in your Avigilon Alta Control Center. Seam manages PIN code access at the zone level, so any entrance that shares a zone cannot be controlled independently through Seam.
How to resolve
To make the entrance individually manageable in Seam, give it its own dedicated zone in Avigilon Alta Control Center:
Log in to your Avigilon Alta Control Center.
Go to Sites > Zones.
Click + to create a new zone.
Name the zone after the affected entrance.
Move the entrance into the new zone so it is the only entry assigned to it.
Once the entrance has its own dedicated zone, the warning will clear in Seam and you will be able to manage PIN access for it individually.
